1. Where do you ship?

We ship all across Canada via UPS and Canada Post. We offer FREE shipping for orders over $150. We offer a subsidized flat rate shipping fee of $10 for all orders above $79. Free shipping and subsidized flat shipping can't be applied to orders with RuffLand Kennels. In-person pick up will be available starting in May 2024. 

2. When will my product be delivered?

All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from order. Shipping time will vary based on the Canada Post or UPS shipping option selected at checkout. If your order is rushed, please bring it to our attention by emailing your order number at info@doggohearts.com.

3. Feeding guidelines

Supervision is recommended when feeding our freeze-dried or dehydrated bone. Provide fresh drinking water for your pet. Be aware of your dog's eating habits and their allergies prior to feeding. For chews, refer to the product description for the recommended feeding guideline by weight of the dog.

4. Picky-eater scale (0-3)

0 - highly unlikely to be successful with picky eaters. We recommend requesting for a sample before committing to a bag. 

1 - picky-eaters might take the treat if it's mixed in a bowl with other food. Will most likely not take it as a treat.

2 - might take it as a treat depending on the picky-eater but will not be considered as a high-value treat

5. Storage instructions

Our all-natural products are preservative and additive free. Each bag includes a silica desiccant to prevent oxidation and to keep products dry. At room temperature, all freeze-dried products have a shelf-life of 1 year. For dehydrated products, it's best to store the dehydrated treats in the freezer for optimal freshness. 

Store our products away from direct sunlight and keep sealed in the bag.

6. Return policy

We honour a 100% refund policy with our DoggoHearts product line ups. If you are unsatisfied with the product quality, please email us at info@doggohearts.com and we can work with you for product returns. *Some return requests will have be charged a shipping fee + a processing fee of $5.00


Other brand products including RuffLand Kennels, Wildly Blended & Litto Howler are subject to a 3 day return policy. These products must be unopened and in its original packaging. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

7. Cancellation policy

We honor a 100% refund less a processing fee of $5.00 for all cancellations as long as the order is not shipped out. The processing fee is attributed to the payment and order processing fees that our payment and online store platform charges us.

8. How do I earn more Doggo Points?

  • 50 points: post a IG story that shows our product and tag us @doggoheartstoronto (max 2 stories/week)
  • 100 points: post a photo that shows our product on your IG feed and tag us @doggoheartstoronto (max 1 post/week)
  • (Bonus) 1000 points: if we like your photo, we will ask for your permission to share it on our IG feed or to use your photo on our website.

Send us your Account Name via Instagram DM after posting a story or a photo and we will apply the points within 24 hours.

9. My dog is extremely picky. Which product is not recommended for picky eaters?

We recommend avoiding the following items if your dog is extremely picky. Please ask for a sample if you're unsure!

    • freeze-dried mussel
    • freeze-dried sardine
    • GLM
    • freeze-dried anchovy
    • freeze-dried quail hatchling
