FAQ RuffLand Orders
Please read before placing your Ruffland order!
- We place monthly orders to RuffLand to fulfill our RuffLand orders. Once the wholesale order is placed, the kennels/accessories will take approximately 6-8 weeks to arrive at our facility in Coquitlam, BC. Please email us or check the Google Sheet below to find out when the next wholesale order will be placed
- Please check the Google Sheet below to find out which kennels/accessories are available for immediate purchase.
- Shipping options are available all across Canada by Canada Post
- Ruffland Kennels are exempt from our Free Shipping & Subsidized Flat Rate offers.
- RuffLand Accessories are part of the Free Shipping (+$150) & Subsidized Flat Rate ($10 flat for +$79) offers
- Pick up options are available at check out. If you're unable to see the pick-up options, please email us at info@doggohearts.com
Order Cancellation policy
We honour a 100% refund less a processing fee of $25.00 for ALL cancellations. The processing fee is attributed to the payment and order processing fees that our payment and online store platform charges us. For refund policy, please check out the FAQ page for more details
