FAQ RuffLand Orders
Please read before placing your Ruffland order!
- We place monthly orders (usually with 6 pre ordered crates) to RuffLand to fulfill our RuffLand orders. Once the wholesale order is placed, the kennels/accessories will take approximately 10-12 weeks to arrive at our facility in Coquitlam, BC. Please email us or check the Google Sheet below to find out when the next wholesale order will be placed
- New orders will typically takes up to 10 weeks but please note that it may take longer depending on Ruffland’s manufacturing
- Please check the Google Sheet below to find out which kennels/accessories are available for immediate purchase. Extras are highlighted in yellow.
- Shipping options are available all across Canada by Canada Post
- Ruffland Kennels are exempt from our Free Shipping & Subsidized Flat Rate offers.
- RuffLand Accessories are part of the Free Shipping (+$150) & Subsidized Flat Rate ($10 flat for +$79) offers
- Pick up options are available at check out. If you're unable to see the pick-up options, please email us at info@doggohearts.com
- Harassments and violent language are not tolerated. DoggoHearts has every right to cancel an order if we feel that a customer’s behaviour is abusive and threatening. Ordering a Ruffland Kennel requires a lot of patience. Please keep in mind that we’re an Authorized Dealer, not a manufacturer of the kennels.
Order Cancellation policy
If your order has not yet been placed with Ruffland Kennel, we will honour a 100% refund minus a processing fee of 8% of the order amount or a minimum of $50, whichever is greater. Once an order has been placed with Ruffland Kennel, cancellation and refunds are no longer eligible.
The processing fee is attributed to the payment and order processing fees that our payment and online store platform charges us. For refund policy, please check out the FAQ page for more details
