When the Medium Kennel is more than you need but the small is not roomy enough; meet the Mid-Size! The newest in our line of Ruff Land Performance Kennels comes in response to dog owners and show go-ers requests. The Mid comes standard with a handle and 1" vent holes. Note it is not stackable or able to couple with smalls or mediums.

We place monthly orders (usually with 6 pre ordered crates) to RuffLand to fulfill our RuffLand orders. Once the wholesale order is placed, the kennels/accessories will take approximately 12-16 weeks to arrive at our facility in Port Coquitlam, BC. Please email us or check the Google Sheet to find out when the next wholesale order will be placed

The Special Colour of the Month is based on the colour announced by RuffLand and available on RuffLand’s website at the time we place the order. The colour shown in the product photo is for reference only and may not be the colour you receive. Please email us to discuss this option.

Order Cancellation policy

If your order has not yet been placed with Ruffland Kennel, we will honour a 100% refund minus a processing fee of 8% of the order amount or a minimum of $50, whichever is greater. Once an order has been placed with Ruffland Kennel, cancellation and refunds are no longer eligible.

The processing fee is attributed to the payment and order processing fees that our payment and online store platform charges us. For refund policy, please check out the FAQ page for more details
